cvd - 20 secs to wash hands

During the Covid-19 pandemic, one very good piece of advice is to frequently wash one's hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
To aid in keeping time, various memes appeared that could be used.
This one is based on a calming mantra used by the Revd Mothers in the Dune novel series started by Frank Herbert.
