small "tub" wheels but look like they are standard gauge apart ... interesting conundrum, must take a measuring tape down to get the details. The other use might be for overhead belting, but that would be "grooved" or double flanged or even smooth, there is a distinct inner flange so going with wheels ... 2018 : recently received some information indicating these wheels maybe from a harbour or workshop flat waggon.
