Maybe she knew you were there, Steve. I see that "The secret world of the zoo" is back on the tv, do you see them wandering around with the cameras when you visit?

I have seen them yes Jenny. I am not fond of them. They block off viewing screens so normal visitors don't get a look in. Once I saw them block the tiger viewing screen, they put a chicken into a pond to get the tigers to go into the water. Sadly for them the tigers ignored the chicken and they sat for 3 hours without getting anything. I found them to be obnoxious and I am glad to say I haven't seen them recently.

The tigers had never been fed there. they put the chicken underwater so it couldn't be seen or scented. Pretty stupid really. The fellow in charge was ignorant and gave orders to people without a please or thank you.
