Wildfire activity continues across the United States where 107 large fires have burned 2,083,667 acres. Eleven new large fires were reported yesterday, three in Oregon, two in Alaska, Idaho and Washington, and one in Montana and Wyoming. Type 1 and Type 2 incident management teams are assigned to 33 large fires and complexes. And more than 23,700 wildland firefighters and support personnel are assigned to incidents.
