Si dice che ”l’insalata non è bella se non c’è la Pimpinella”
proprio perché le sue tenere e fresche foglioline conferiscono all’insalata un tocco di freschezza particolarmente piacevole, grazie al loro sapore che ricorda vagamente il gheriglio fresco della noce e un retrogusto delicato che ricorda il cetriolo o meglio la scorza esterna del cocomero.

In grande si apprezzano i dettagli di questo bel fiorellino spontaneo
