Clearing the Great Central Road overbridge, the 13.15 diner departs from Loughborough station behind a smokey Fowler 3F 0-6-0T 47406. Hugh looks back to make sure the train is leaving the platform safely. 47406 was the only engine in steam, the other services being diesel-hauled.

Cheers Neil. Given that we have so many bigger engines I was a bit surprised to see the Jinty. Having said that, with our new coal it goes like a rocket.
