Enchanted Country House

Did you get to go inside? What a fun building and place. Really well photographed. It's so hard to get the feel of a place like this - I am always jealous of those who have the right equipment for it and a good eye.

The interior is like a fantasy museum.

How have I not known about this? So you can tour it? If so I will need to add it to my list for next trip down to California. I can't find any information about it online - is there a name I should look up? Or is it private?

This is a private residence once owned by a prominent musician who hosted an annual barbecue related to a yearly benefit concert. Due to discretionary reasons I have never posted this photo, but now that it has been sold I no longer feel restricted from showing this remarkable house.

Ah! So sounds like you go to go to at least one of those barbecues, are you a musician also, or do you live near this home? Hope someone else picks up the yearly benefit concerts.
