Temple of the Ages

Temple of the Ages
From the very dawn of time, humanity has worshipped the marvels of nature and the miracle of life. The first structures constructed by people other than housing were temples to honor the power and beauty of the Cosmos. As the human race spread throughout the globe, countless sanctuaries were constructed to celebrate birth, death, the successful hunt, an abundant harvest and the laws and morals of society.
The Temple of the Ages represents all of mankind’s fears and hopes throughout his existence.

This photo was taken by a Zenza Bronica S2 medium format film camera and NIKKOR-P 1:2.8 f=7.5cm lens with a HOYA HMC 67mm R(25A) filter using Kodak T-MAX 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

The ultimate temple is your own body.
Care for it and your brief existence on Earth will be heavenly.
