Corner Cottage

It has been a very long time since the Brothers Grimm told the tale of Hansel and Gretel's adventure with this house constructed of cake and confectionery. So long, in fact, that a city has grown up around what used to be a country cottage. It is still a tasty structure and potentially dangerous to unsuspecting sweet-toothed children (and photographers).

This photo was taken by a Kiev 60 medium format film camera and Flektogon 4/50mm Carl Zeiss Jena DDR Lens using Kodak Portra 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
