Yes, it's the former Cushman factory in Lincoln, Nebraska. It closed a little over 10 years ago, but once employed 900 people and was a huge part of the Lincoln economy. It is in the process of being demolished. A history of Cushman can be found at: www.nebraskahistory.org/sites/mnh/cushman.htm
