we went down to the shore and what did we see
well a surprise was waiting for you and for me
a bit of old carpet was dumped on the beach
but the colour did not match your paint I think
looking around there was some more
but to drag it home would have been a chore
and smelling of seaweed is not so good
perhaps dumped because of a flood
there were other items but what can you do
what to use them for I've not a clue . . .
