Many thanks Andy - it was a great day out there.

I always find it difficult to photograph standing stones. Neither wide not long lenses seem to quite convey the scale of them.

Anyway, what do you reckon to them... ritual burial site, or astronomical calendar..?

I went to Carnac on a holiday in Brittany many years ago. I wasn't taking photos at that time and boy, do I regret it now!
