I checked all around for hobbits or Druidic astronomical alignments - but this is some more modern bard, I reckon. A grasp of both ancient Scots and Cornish dialect... but that too-familiar serif font betrays them. Times New Roman from the later Windows Age, I suspect :)

Yes, “scabbit “ sounds Scots, but “dimsy”” sounds like it’s getting dark in the mimsy borogroves.

Of course the Times New Romans did once set foot in this area, but were repulsed by the Helveticans, who refused to be serifs.
