Cooking bread.
Omani bread is called khubz ragag.
It is made with just three simple ingredients, flour, water and salt.
The dough is made either really sticky or really wet almost like a pancake batter.
The result either way is a super thin and lovely bread that is almost lace-like.

He leído los ingredientes y estos coinciden con lo que en Euskadi llamamos “talo”; harina de maíz, a ser posible con molienda de piedra, agua templada y un poco de sal. Se amasa a mano concienzudamente, se fracciona en varios redondos del tamaño de pelotas de tenis y uno a uno se aplastan con la palma de la mano hasta que queden finos, volteando y espolvoreando con poco harina blanca, para que no se peque y se pone sobre una plancha lisa, se le dan dos o tres vueltas. Se come solo o bien envolviendo chorizo, filete de lomo, etc (previamente fritos)
