Knee surgery
The knees of the SP sized Lati Yellows have never held a straight position very well, and it has only got worse with time. Sueding has helped some, but not totally solved the problem.
I finally decided to do them some knee surgery. I drilled two tiny holes to the top of the knee pieces and inserted pieces of wooden sticks that protrude just slightly. The tiny knobs prevent the knees from snapping into the bent position spontaneously, but don't prevent movement if the leg is pulled downward just slightly.
I did the same operation to all my SP sized Lati Yellows (Sampo, Pilvi, Deimos and Fomalhaut). Now they all can stand nicely though only Pilvi was completely restrung. The other three are not as floppy yet, so their restringing can wait a bit.
