Sierras - VA Lakes to Green Ck

A nice one-day point to point hike from the Virginia Lakes trailhead to the Green Creek trailhead. (Like any point to point, it obviously requires either two cars or someone to shuttle one.) Of course, you could do it the other way, but that involves a net altitude gain of 1000' or so, and also puts you high on the crest when the afternoon thunderstorms start gathering.
