Thanks, everyone! Some of our mountain hikes are pretty dry, because we're up on the ridges even though it's forest, so we decided to try one pack to see how it worked. The other dogs were jealous of the dog with the pack! Obviously he was getting something special! And, a working breed like Aussies--they want do be doing something. So we got packs for all the dogs, and they've worked fine.
