Thanks, Rick. Rutland struggles with a lot of poverty issues, but I think they have been working hard to revitalize it. It has had a long time negative image in Vermont and I think many people forget or don’t know how many unique and lovely old buildings there are in the town.

Yes, the most beautiful squares are cluttered with cars. But fortunately, the “courage to space” is becoming increasingly prevalent, and cars are relegated to underground parking lots.
