Santa's Land?

This is my husband's grandfather, Harry King, and his cousin, Jonathan Draudt, about 1961.
I think it's taken at Santa's Land in southern Vermont (Putney?) but not certain.
Love the guy with the pipe, loafers, and camera. : )

Fun photo. I sense the boy is not so impressed with the petting zoo and would rather be home playing with friends but grandpa's having fun.
