James King 1840s - 1920s?
James lived in Barrow - in Furness, at least at the end of his life . He was born in the 1840s and died after 1920 sometime. He was married to Mary (Polly)(Pearson) King and probably had more children than Mary but she is the only one I know of so far.
It appears that they were married in 1867 in Ulverston, Lancs.
On familysearch.org there is a family that I think must be his but the dates are a little off. Since everything else is so close though and nobody else comes close I think it has to be them. He is listed as having been born in Liverpool in 1844 and is a butcher. His children are Mary Ann and J. William - both their birthdates different than I have - although Agnes has written "Harry's Uncle Willy" on the back of one of the photos which would fit. His wife Mary (Polly) is listed as being born in 1846 not 1844 as someone had written on the back of her photo.
He is one of my children's Great Great Great Grandfathers.
