Lili Dressler by Friedrich Müller

Lili Dressler (1857-1927); German soprano.
In 1883 she made her debut as Pamina in “Der Zauberflöte”. From 1883-1898 she had a successful career at the Munich Opera. In 1888 she created the rôle of Ada in “Die Feen” ; an opera that Wagner wrote in his youth (1833) at the age of 20 years.
