OK it's a wimpy little car, but it's cheap and easy to maintain and can get over 50 miles per gallon.

Yes, there were the Geo Metro and later Chevrolet Metro, Suzuki Swift and Pontiac Firefly.
I have a transmission from a 4 cylinder Suzuki Swift that I want to put in my Metro XFi because it has a stiffer gear ratio and should get even better gas milage.
