Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Sheikh Mohammed isn't one of those constitutional kings who only waves at crowds, opens roads and greets visiting foreign dignitaries, he must do much of the ruling himself. In some Dubai newspapers you can see pictures every day of him at work. The handsome young man who is on his side in most of the pictures is crown prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum. The crown prince is not only interested in normal princely pursuits such as horses, fast cars and skydiving, but he also writes poetry under his nom-de-plume Fazza.
