On the Binnenhof in the Hague, the seat of government and of parliament of the Netherlands, only official cars of ministers, diplomats and civil servants are allowed. Ordinary citizens are allowed on foot and on bike. These are cars you can spot there.

In those days the GL tag actually meant something: leather seats, airco, fog light and such like. Also it had the fuel injection engine (B21E) producing 90 kW (hat tip kristian gos ). I had a look inside and it had a ton of options I couldn't figure out. It was an automatic as well. The simpler versions were the L and the DL.
