Polish pharmacy. They probably prescribe some sausages and a good glass of beer. The building dates from 1838, but the pharmacy was established in 1682.

VEB = Volkseigener Betrieb (Publicly Owned Enterprise), the name that was used in the GDR times for state-owned companies.
