Sail Leiden 2018 – Side propellor

Sail Leiden 2018 – Side propellor
Lumey dates from 1908 and was built as a sailing vessel. In 1954 it got its side propellor and it was in commercial service until 1970. Since then it became a sailing houseboat.

See here the side propellor in action (not on the Lumey): youtu.be/-hFqhs9ILac
