Erfurt 2017 – Old Synagogue

The oldest parts date back to 1094AD. After the pogrom of 1349 the Synagogue was used as a warehouse. In the 19th century it was converted into a restaurant. In 1992 it was discovered that this was the first synagogue of Erfurt. Now it is a museum.
