Spires 2017 – Old Gate

Spires 2017 – Old Gate
Known in German as Altpörtel. It was built between 1230–1250 on the ruins of the previous gate. In 1514 the top part was rebuilt again and in 1708 the roof was added. In one of the first mentions of this gate in 1197AD it is called the Old Gate.
