Wood-sawing mill d’Heesterboom in Leiden

Built in 1804 and it was in operation until 1924. Restored in 1962. Stood still from 2002 to 2005 because of a broken crankshaft. The mill suffered from building work in the neighbourhood, but it is straightened now. The available wind is however greately reduced because of high-rise buildings.
