In actual fact it is from a design described by Chrissy in her article here (https://www.ipernity.com/blog/112400/674945). With an idle evening in prospect, it took me about twenty minutes. White baking paper or greaseproof paper would have been ideal for the three "windows" in the sides. All that's needed now are three suitable lighting sources for top and sides, to eliminate the shadows you see in the examples I have posted alongside this image.
