Howard Somerville club has replied to Isisbridge clubIf I ever get the chance to go there again, I'll ask the landlord to raise the basket, or the householder to move the chimney stack. (I was aware at the time that the gap between basket and chimney was sub-optimal, but adjusting the POV to increase it would have been detrimental to the composition overall.)
I welcome constructive criticism, and also praise where due, as it is here. This was taken in a hurry - the rest of my walking group were rushing to the station, and I missed the train as a result - and during a very brief gap between passers-by.
But missing the train and losing contact with the party was a blessing in disguise, because it gave me the opportunity to continue (on my own) on to Southend.
