Renault Captur - 29 September 2019

This Greek registered Renault Captur was photographed in Crete where it was my rental car. I photograph cars less often than I should and review them only rarely.

Adequate for the hire, this car was, nonetheless, poorly specified and underpowered (diesel) as well as appearing to lack in build quality. The rear nearside (LHD) door did not close smoothly and the automatic gearbox did not change down quickly when faced with uphill gradients which are plentiful on Crete.
