Located at 3DH, Marine Parade Walk, Dundee, the site of the shipyard which built RRS Discovery [qv].
I am indebted to Public Art Dundee (Facebook) for a prompt and comprehensive reply to my query on this Dundee sight. On my visit, I could not see any plaque or suitable acknowledgement of the artist. The link below explains more about the piece.
