There But Not There (4) - 10 October 2018

The Standing Tommies are appearing across Great Britain as part of a charity initiative by Remembered called 'There But Not There'. Made from varying materials they are simple but moving. This example is in a doorway at, appropriately, Gosport War Memorial Hospital which built as a memorial to members of the Portsmouth Division of the Royal Marine Light Infantry based at Forton Barracks who had died in the First World War.

After considerable thought, I like the lighting.
