Geysir (2) - 18 June 2017

The stop at the Haukadalur valley on Iceland's Golden Circle tour is still popularly known as Geysir although the eponymous geyser after which others, worldwide, are generically named became largely inactive after an earthquake. The nearby Strokkur is the more active attraction today. On a very wet day, the best I could do was snap a couple of shots of the wider landscape.
