Apartments Adorned - 17 September 2015

It is unusual for me to offer little explanation to accompany a picture but, for this, I have little. This apartment block is north of ul. Świętokrzyska at ul. Marszałkowska in Warsaw. Zepter is a global company selling consumer goods and what the woman is doing I have no idea. I observed that other non-commercial buildings in the city are similarly used.
