Midsummer Murdered (2) - 22 June 2013

Shall I Compare Thee To A Summer's Day?

This is really not what you want or expect of midsummer. The small hours of 22 June heralded by sound the inevitable sights of the morning. A solstice come and gone; a 'supermoon' obscured (although my Mum saw it); a scene perhaps better captured on video but, as I am no master of that, I faced the challenge of still photography in which you can not hear or see the effects of the wind.

I wanted to go further than I have in previous similar shots and called upon the resources of my new X20 and its ability to shoot partial colour which I can not currently do in pp.
