Thank Roy, but he thought wrong. This IMHO is the best that can be made of that shot:

Not feeling my best at the moment. Have a cough and am running a temperature of 101 degrees. First time I've been ill for nearly 3 years. The last time I had a temperature, in August 2019, I ended up in Intensive Care and spent 12 weeks in hospital. But this, I think, is less serious. I self-tested yesterday and today - negative - so it doesn't appear to be Covid.

Good try, but the main point of interest is lost in the sky.

I'm sorry you're feeling unwell. It may be nothing untoward, but I suggest you contact your doctor straight away, just to be on the safe side.

Thanks, but to see a doctor here, an appointment must be made 6 months in advance, by which time either the thing has got better on its own or you're dead. According to the NHS website common-or-garden chest infections normally last 7-10 days and one should only bother a doctor if the symptoms persist for longer. My temperature is slightly lower today, but the cough is so bad that if I still had one, I'd wear a hacking jacket.

I agree with the NHS website and wouldn't dream of bothering a doctor with symptoms like that, as these things generally go away by themselves. But it would seem advisable in your case, in view of your past experience.

Hope you feel better soon. Roy's advice is more C and D, or move away from Ealing.
