This Douglas squirrel is harvesting cones from a "Douglas" fir tree (how does he know? ;) You have to be very careful to not get bonked on the head during harvest time. :D

A super capture of this cheeky little chappie Karen. Love how you have the one section with the squirrel in sharp focus with great bokeh around it. A super track. Love Neil Young. This cd is on is on my Christmas wish list.

Thanks very much, Carol. He was a quick, little guy. I remember the first time I discovered a squirrel doing this. He was dropping them on the metal roof of our shed and I could not figure out what was causing all that noise. It was very loud. It was pretty funny when I realize who was doing it lol
