I was so impressed with your earlier B & W image that I've been trying to get hold of some of this variety since then..........with no success at all.

I've even more impressed with this colour version, I love the vibrant green and, of course, the fantastic detail and symmetry you've captured.

I shall keep trying to sources some, but I doubt I'll be able to do any better photographing it than you have here..!! Great work James ⭐️

Romanesco are hard to get, we have a local fruit and veg shop that sometimes get in locally grown ones, sadly the shop is closing soon so we will be reliant upon the supermarkets :((
