Nun ja; wenn’s genug ode mehr als genug Büroraum gibt, spekuliert man halt mit Wohnraum. Der Wohnraum, der dort entsteht, ist allerdings früh den normalen Wohnungssuchenden unerschwinglich. Nicht, dass du mich falsch verstehst: ich liebe Frankfurt und kann mir keine bessere Stadt für mich vorstellen. Das heißt nicht, dass ich alles toll und gut finde, was hier passiert. Gerade dies Spannungsfeld macht die Stadt so aufregend wie sie daherkommt.
