Such a shame that White Rhinos are nearing extinction in the wild!

That´s the southern ones. With the northern ones it´s even more dramatic. There are only TWO females left worldwide. The two female rhinos belong to the Dvůr Králové Zoo in the Czech Republic but live in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya where they are protected by armed guards. I was not able to visit them since you have to book in advance which I didn´t know.

I'ts unbelievable that in this day and age animals are still hunted to extinction just to make these so called "medicines"..!!
