When the ice turns blue (3xPIP)

Some of the best weeks of the year. A few degrees above zero during the day, sub-zero temperatures at night. A thin layer of water covers the ice. Nevertheless, the ice is thick, firm and safe. It's a wonderful time for ice skating. Of course, some people prefer to wait for the daytime temperature to drop below zero to avoid the water.
