Let The Four Winds Blow (Four Winds) UPDATE
UPDATE April, 1955 songwriter, singer bandleader and producer Dave Bartholomew recorded “Four Winds” (Fats Domino – Dave Bartholomew). This went unnoticed by the record buying public.
Roy Brown scored with “Let The Four Winds Blow in 1957 when he reached number five R&B and twenty-nine Pop on Billboard.
Fats (Antoine) Domino took his own song to number two R&B, fifteen Pop in the summer of 1961. This was Fats’ last million selling issue. All three releases heard here were on the Imperial label.
