Kann ich mir gut vorstellen. Wir wandern auch gerne und kennen die müden Muskeln nach langen, steilen Wanderungen. Vor allem bergab müssen die Beine viel leisten. Bergauf schwitzt man zwar stark, aber das Abfedern des Körpergewichts ist für die Beine Schwerarbeit. Ich benutze bergab gerne Wanderstöcke, die stören mich aber oft, wenn ich ein Foto machen will.
