Fly tipping is a growing problem here if it is on council land like a roadside the council will search it for clues of where it came from, if some one has employed a non licensed carrier to clear rubbish they will also get a hefty fine

The challenge was to fit the table neatly and totally inside the green litter bin. These fly tippers failed miserably . The poor farmers or council end up spending a fortune disposing of it all.
