Russula queletii ist eine Täublingsart, die wegen ihres Geruchs auch Stachelbeerpilz genannt wird. Sein scharfer Geschmack setzt der Verträglichkeit Grenzen, aber direkt giftig ist der Pilz nicht. Bei uns wächst der Violette Rötelritterling mit starker blauvioletter Hutfärbung. Es ist ein ausgezeichneter Speisepilz.
