Ik denk dat ik dom moet zijn !!! Ik begrijp niet hoe je hier honing van kunt krijgen - waar zijn de bijen en de honingraat?

When I was a teenager I used one of these extractors with my father to extract the honey. Ours was commercially made by the A.I. Root company, but it looked a lot like this one. Thanks for the memories.

I don't know for sure, but I would imagine the honeycomb gets "stolen" from the bees (which is what always happens when one "gets" honey from them), chopped up up, placed in the center part of the contraption(the part that looks like a cage) and then spun, so the centrifugal force extracts it and you recover the honey from the sides of the bucket. Ingenious, actually!
