Hier steht eine gut abgezäunte Ruine. die die alte Königsmühle, die aber Bestandteil eines bewohnten Grundstückes ist. Restaurierbar ist das Gebäude nur mit großem Aufwand, ist aber Denkmalgeschützt. Ich wünsche Euch viel Vorfreude auf's Wochenende!

"Denkmalschutz" heißt leider oft nicht, dass ein Denkmal wirklich geschützt wird. :-(
In diesem Fall muss man sich wohl fragen, ob da überhaupt noch etwas schutzwürdiges ist.

So eine Ruine auf dem Gelände zu haben, kann einerseits sehr reizvoll sein, andererseits aber auch mit viel Arbeit verbunden, vor allem, wenn sie denkmalgeschützt ist ! HFF Karsten.
