Ich glaube, es liegt daran, dass er sich schnell ausbreitet und Rasenflächen "überflutet", weil er seinen Samen über einen Meter weit "verschiesst"..... Unser Nachbar bekämpft ihn heftig.

It's a creeping oxalis (Oxalis corniculata), also known as Sleeping Beauty and as creeping wood sorrel, and is a downright nuisance. As you say, its explosive ejection of seeds spreads it readily, and it also "creeps" underground with its tuberous rhizomes. Pull it out before it invades your garden for ever!
